The conversation between Loro Piana Interiors and Raphael Navot gravitates around the creation of furniture pieces that marry comfort, timeless style and craftsmanship, translated into enveloping shapes and a shared passion for creating welcoming spaces that bring people together. The first outcome of this dialogue was The Palm Duet Chaise Longue, launched in 2021: a curvy creation that invites shared moments, thanks to the wide arm designed to accommodate another person. The following year, at Milan Design Week, Loro Piana Interiors and Raphael Navot presented "A Portrait of Comfort": a natural evolution of the original conversation, which extended the vision of comfort and natural materials that inspired the Palm Duet Chaise Longue to new elements: an ottoman, a méridienne, a sofa, an armchair, stools, and coffee and side tables. Today, the creative journey of the Palm family continues with The Palm Wicker Armchair, which sees Raphael Navot taking up his signature rounded lines, and opting for a structure in hand-woven wicker.

All of the pieces in the collection bear the same name: "Palm", inspired by the palm of a hand cupped to gently hold and protect, evoking comfort, intimacy and togetherness. Each of the designs can stand alone, expressing its own elegant personality, or be combined with other pieces to create playful, spontaneous groupings. The curvy, welcoming shapes of these furniture pieces are a superlative showcase for the fabrics by Loro Piana Interiors, paving the way for endless experimentation with ever new materials and unexpected combinations of matter and form.
