Trama is a free-standing room divider bookcase with a very distinctive curvy, fluid shape, designed for us by Francesca Lanzavecchia. Constructed with lightly padded fabric panels and expertly crafted rods of solid walnut, it alternates solidity and softness, with little spaces between the wood and the fabric that let the light through, creating an attractive point of transition between different living spaces. Trama is inspired by the cabinetmaking techniques involved in latticework, and has a very refined, elegant construction, creating a sculptural piece that is also extremely functional.
