During Milano Design Week 2024 Loro Piana Interiors paid tribute to Cini Boeri on the centenary of her birth with the installation "A Tribute To Cini Boeri" in the Cortile della Seta in Milan, conceived in collaboration with the Cini Boeri Archive and dedicated to the iconic pieces designed by the great Italian architect, dressed in our exclusive fabrics. These unique pieces, produced by arflex, celebrate the most playful, contemporary aspect of Cini Boeri's design concept: furniture designed to foster interaction between people and their living space.
Along the interactive installation, guests had the opportunity to try out the furniture and engage with it. On display were the Strips modular sofa (Compasso d'Oro 1979), the Strips bed, the Pecorelle, sofa and armchairs, the Bobo & Boborelax seats and the Botolo chairs.
